AS A FRESHMAN (2025)
Appeared in six meets for the Sharks... named the SSC Freshman of the Year and to the All-SSC Second Team... ran a personal-best time of 22:08.4 at the SSC Championships... secured a top-five finish at the STU Bobcat Invitational, finishing third in the 6K (23:04.7)... finished sixth in the 5K (18:19.3) in the first meet of the year.

Attended E.O. Smith High School where she ran track, cross country, swam and played soccer.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Jon and Amy Stygar... has one sibling, Jayden... majoring in Physical Therapy... most memorable athletic achievement was making New Englands in cross country and ending her high school career with a PR in the two mile... names her parents as the most influential people in her life.
